2008's theme was developed along side the 2007 theme shortly after the 2006 vigil. As 2007's date loomed closer, a different theme was chosen leaving the second theme for 2008. This year's theme was "One Word the Transgender Day of Remembrance Means to You." Fourteen comics participated this year, and their comics were also featured in Second Life's now permanent Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil. |
